Easy dinner for two:
Salmon with brown sugar and soy sauce
I tend to cook a family dinner made for four, and then eat the leftovers for lunch the next day.
But, sometimes those leftovers go untouched. So here is a dinner you can make in SERIOUSLY UNDER THIRTY MINUTES! I always have MOST if not ALL of these on hand at all times. Stay tuned weekly for more dinners using these same ingredients!

INGREDIENTS:
1.25 lb of Atlantic salmon
1/8 brown sugar (packed)
1/8 cup of soy sauce
One lemon
Parsley (optional)
Two garlic cloves (minced)
Asparagus
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Poweder
Drizzle of olive oil
Two sweet potatoes
2 tbsp of butter
Sprinkle of brown sugar
Premixed salad of choice

DIRECTIONS:
Pre heat oven to 350degrees
Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, lemon, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl
Line a baking dish with foil, add salmon, sprinkle salt and pepper, add mixed marinade
Wrap salmon in foil and bake for 30 minutes
MEANWHILE:
When you're salmon is done, remove from oven, add two lemon slices and your chopped parsley, serve and enjoy!!

Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, lemon, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl
Line a baking dish with foil, add salmon, sprinkle salt and pepper, add mixed marinade
Wrap salmon in foil and bake for 30 minutes
MEANWHILE:
- Slice the remaining lemon, chop 3-4 sprigs of parseley
- Line broken asparagus on foil, (watch video below to see) sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap and add to the oven (20 minutes)
- Scrub and pierce the sweet potatoes and microwave them separately for 5-7 minutes. Wrap the first one in foil to keep it hot while the other one cooks.
- Once both are done, slit the top, add 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tsp of brown sugar (more if desired)
- Make your premixed salad
When you're salmon is done, remove from oven, add two lemon slices and your chopped parsley, serve and enjoy!!
