Easy and Simple Crepe Recipes
Matt and I popped into Creperi Cafe for one of our favorite greek gyro crepes. I always thought making crepes were something only professional chefs in France could make. Until I tried it myself. It does take a little planning, but they are SO easy to make. AND you don't have to have any major flipping skills to perfect them.
I wanted to introduce the world of crepe making just in case you were like me and thought, "No, I would never be able to make them." Just remember, the MOST IMPORTANT thing is making your batter the night before. For crepes, it's all about the batter.
Things you'll need and I've linked them all below:
1. Blender
2. Crepe pan or frying pan
3. Pastry brush
4. Small offset spatula
5. Powder Sugar shaker (optional)
